George Warling was born in 1824, at County Tyrone, Ire.(1822, 1861 census, Presb.). At Ebenezer. He was the son of George Warling and Euphemia (?).

George Warling emigrated between 1825 and 1830 from from County Tyrone, Ireland to at Nobleton, King Twp.

George Warling emigrated in 1847 from Via Derry to to at Nobleton, King Twp.
; George moved to Meaford after his start in Nobleton and married. They had no children. George died May 21, 1898 (aged 78), and is buried in the Meaford cemetery. This is from a history sent to Viola by a Frank Warling.

Worling George, Meaford, #2637, 1898. This is reference to his will. I was given it by "Patricia Greber"

George Worling maintained the old spelling of his name. He found with his wife Margaret on the 1861 census for King Twp. At the time he had a young boy living with them named William Patton, age 7. He was a farmer living in a 1 story frame house.

George did not come to Canada with his brother Robert. I found a George Worlin and Margaret who came via the J.J. Cooke Line from Derry to Quebec City on the vessel "Sesostris" in 1847 but there were no ages given for either and there was no home county or town etc given. Residents from Tyrone comonnly left Ireland throught Londonderry.¹
