Lonnie McIsaac died on 2 October 2005, at, Parry Sound, . SOUTH RIVER: Funeral services for Lonnie McIsaac were held on October 6th, 2005, at Chalmer’s United Church in South River.
Lonnie McIsaac passed away at his home in South River on October 2nd. He was 65.
Born on June 12th, 1940 to Lorne and Helen McIsaac, Lonnie spent his entire life in South River.
He leaves his brother Eugene (wife Donna) of North Bay and sister Geraldine Rich of Woodstock.
Divorced, he also leaves his children Richard and Blake McIsaac of South River and Reagan (wife Monique Marleau) of London, as well as one grandchild, Claire.
Lonnie was a contractor by profession.
The funeral service was officiated by Pastor Brenda MacMain.
Pallbearers were Milton Haggart of Sundridge, Chuck Wood, Kevin Plain and Richard McIsaac of South River, Brent Rich of Dorchester, and Reagan McIsaac of London.
Mourners travelling from a distance came from Woodstock, Dorchester, Massey, Oshawa, Barrie, Pickering, Bradford, Burk’s Falls, North Bay, Mattawa, Milton, Parry Sound, Orillia and Magnetawan.¹
